Below is important information to help guide you in this process.

Counselling / Therapy Rates
Counselling fees are set in accordance guidelines set out by the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. Rates are as follows: $150 / 60-min individual session, $160 / 60-min joint session; fee is prorated for longer sessions, GST not included.

Insurance / Extended Health Coverage
While fees are not covered by MSP, many extended health plans will provide some coverage for your visit to a Registered Clinical Counsellor. It is important to check with your provider to ensure this specific designation is covered, should this be a requirement for you. Direct billing is not available, however once your session payment is complete, you will receive a receipt outlining the information needed to submit a claim for reimbursement.

Crime Victim Assistance Coverage
I am approved provider with the Crime Victim Assistance Program. As such, those registered with the program have access to $135/session of coverage. The remaining fee balance is the responsibility of the client.

Payment Methods
Payment can be made by credit card through a secure payment platform. Should you prefer or require e-transfer, this is available as well and an appropriate email address will be provided directly to you.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you are welcome to do so through the online booking platform, or by email or phone call. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a fee equivalent to half of the session fee. Cancellations, changes, or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a full session fee charge.
